When shall I submit a report form?
No later than 8 days after the occurrence of an aircraft accident or incident a subblementary written report shall be submitted unless otherwise arranged with the Accident Investigation Board (AIB). Reports shall be submitted on AIB report forms for aircraft, aeroplanes, gliders and ultra lights resspectively , and balloons. Report forms may be obtained from the web-site.
